Hi so i used step extended as a base and expanded upon it/ swapped a few things for others. Overall my game is pretty stable for the amount of mods im using, but every once in while im getting a CTD. Ive been playing about 15 hours so far with this load order, but ive had about 5 or 6 CTD loading new areas. It mostly when leaving a location and loading into the world. I was hoping someone could look over my load order and see if they see any reg flags. I know a few CTD are kind of expected once you throw alot of mods, but figured some of you might have better knowledge than me and might see something. Thank you. I cant for the life of me get loot to open in a new window. If i click the exe in the folder nothing happens, if i try to open it in mod organizer nothing happens. Tried running it as an admin and that didnt work either. Ive also tried installing it into about 3 different places and its still not working. Adding the "--single-process" line to the augment field does nothing either. Im out of ideas on how to get this work. I can sort my plugins in mod organizer but i just cant open up loot to change any rules.

Well it ended up being a plugin issue, now that im at 130 it hasnt been an issue. -

I didnt optimize my textures mostly because i wasnt using alot of ram. But i think you are onto something about my plugins. Loot told me after my bashed patch i have a 133 plugins activated. I know in the guide it said to keep it under 135. I just went in and removed 3 that i could live without. Trap detection, niptons fires and the flashlight (couldnt get it to work without flickering if i looked at certain objects anyways, seems like a common issue on the nexus) and brought it down to 130. Ran around the strip for a hour just loading different areas and i havent had the texture glitch happen yet. Added the 3 back into the game and got the issue within like 10 minutes. Removed 3 different ones, (burned man, bathroom poetry, vault 22) and ran around for another 20 or so minutes and didnt come across the issue. Need to test it a bit more, but im starting to believe the amount of plugins is probably the reason my game is going bezerk. Maybe my New Vegas doesnt like to use more than 130 plugins. Im going to go play for a hour or two so i will report back if it happens again. Thanks for bring that plugin suggestion up, hopefully that was the case and it doesnt come back. I didnt consider that could be the issue since i was under 135 and all my mods seems to be functioning properly other than textures. My caravan guards are still naked tho, lol. Anyone got an idea on why that might be? -
I went though the fear and loathing install guide about two days ago and im having this weird texture glitch. Ive played about 7 hours now and this has happened about 10 times. Its very random it wont happen for a hour then another time it will happen within 10 minutes. I will post some pictures below to give you an idea of what im talking about. Pretty much im loading into a new area and my textures are being replaced by random textures. Sometimes my streets are wood, sometimes my walls are road signs, etc. If i move the camera they will jump and switch around too. My wooden street will become a wall texture then i it will go back to brick then it will go back to wood, etc. If i leave the area and reload the area sometimes it will fix it and sometimes it wont. I just happened to get a bunch of random body parts that time. But i went into a building in primm once and all my walls were do not enter signs. Then another time i went into a bunker and my walls were made out of tree bark. One place i have noticed that it happens alot is at the crimson caravan. 8 out of 10 times something is wrong when i walk in there. A few times its just been a black abyss. Other than the crimson caravan i cant seem to make it occur at the same place its just random. My first thoughts were to reinstall the main texture packs and see if that fixes it, but that didnt work. Im about to go reinstall the body replacers now, just because i got a bunch of random body parts this time. But i doubt thats really going to help because body parts are just a number of things im seeing. Ive read it could be an invalidachive issue, but i made sure its checked in the profile section and in the achive tab, i have unchecked it and recheck it a million times. So im not sure what else to do there. I was getting red triangles when i first started the game but i read to move the invalidachive.bsa to the top and that fixed that. Most ive seen is 3.2GB. I got a pretty beefy rig 2 980's and a 4790k with 16GB of RAM. Also on a side note, anyone know why all my crimson caravan guards are naked too? Doesnt bother me, but im curious to know. lol. Everyone has clothes on but them. Thanks for any help and let me know if you have any questions or need anymore info. Next time it happens im going to try and take a video.

issue with my trees in the distance

i figured out my problem. For some reason my optomized vanilla textures fell out of order. So they were overwriting the aspen trees lod. Once i put it back up top my issue went away. Fixed my tree and my textures on the ground. The only real issue im still having is i feel like the trees should be loading sooner as i walk towards them. They go from looking real thin to full on bushy pretty close to me. If there something i can edit to get thing to load further away? I got a 4790k and 2 980's so im not to concerned if i loose a few fps if i can get the pop in to be less noticable. -

So i tried to just remove aspen trees all together and use the SFO lods and that still didnt fix it. I think something is screwed up with my distance because i just saw this in solitude. if you look at the windmill the texture is red and textures on the wall are messed up. But if i move 20 feet towards them they will load fine. -

how do i go about fixing it? do i need to replace the texture with something else and if so what or remove it all together? i dont have that file in my skyrim flora overhaul folder but i do in my aspen trees folder. Should i delete the one in my aspen trees? -

I just reinstalled both just to make sure i didnt mess it up originally and im still getting the issue. Heres another screenshot also with that green texture i was talking about. -
Just finished installing skyrim revisted and everything seems to be okay minus two things. One my trees in the distance are messed up. Only half the tree loads and there also white. Once i get close they pop in and look fine. My second issue is some ground textures far in the distance are green. They also fix themselves as i get closer. Heres a screenshot of the trees: i dont have a screen shot of the green ground texture issue yet but ill take out and update this post. Anyone know whats going on? Thank you.

Been having some issues with skyrim that i hope one of you could help me with. Mostly my problem has to do with going into drageur ruins. Im getting alot of CTD entering them, its almost to the point ive just been staying away from them. The problem is theres so many quests that involve them, thats its becoming a real pain. I have to go into shriek water basin and the second i touch the door its either a CTD or a never ending loading screen. Ive had it happen a few times before, going though other doors that done involve ruins but usually once i load it back up it works. Ruins of the other hand it might take 5 or 6 times before it lets me in. My other issus is with freezes, it usually happens going into combat, mostly when the second the battle music starts or someone notices me. Heres my boss log with the mods im running. Hopefully something will stand out for one of you guys and maybe i can get to the bottom of it. I went to STEP because i was having nothing but issues with Skyrim before, and even though the game is screwing up here and there its still way better than it was before i started STEP. Thanks for looking. These plugins are recognised by BOSS and have been sorted according to its masterlist. Please read any attached messages and act on any that require action. Also im running realvision ENB, and skyrim performance monitor. My ram is only hitting 1100mb max and my VRAM is hanging around 2500MB with the highest going to 3800mb with a 4GB 670.
