Key, I forgot todo the xLoDgen, so I did that and resolved the problem. I feel a bit foolish that I just missed a step. Thank you for your help. -

I can't seem to figure out what is causing this, I've put the Logs and screen shot of what is going on in a gdrive folder, Pastee was down and sorry I couldn't get other sites provided to work either.
