I have managed to resolve this issue. I completely removed Nemesis, re-added it, set its .exe to run in compatibility mode for windows 8, and made sure I was running MO2 as admin.

Hi, I'm trying to go through the STEP SkyrimSE v2.3 guide. I am at 19-Utilites and trying to complete the step for Nemesis. So far everything has been going well but when I run Nemesis, and check Ice Skating Fixed for Real, then Launch Nemesis Behavior Engine, I get the following output: I have tried adding Windows Defender exceptions for MO, Nemesis, etc. I turned off Real Time Protection, I have restarted my computer, and nothing is working. I'd really appreciate some help.
