Skyrim hang when using MO to launch SKSE with ENB configured

Holy crap. I want to buy you dinner and drinks for this. Kept having Skyrim hang on startup with ENB's (never without), and wondered if maybe it wasn't something to do with the borderless windows because that's where the game would hang--with a black Skyrim pre-load screen with a bordered window. Fixed with that change to the ini in OneTweak. -

I can confirm the exact same error here. Appears to be caused by the compatibility patch for RLO. I'm guessing that because it creates conflicts between SoS Civilization and Realistic Lighting and the Unofficial Skyrim Patch that one of those things has to go...in this case SoS Civilization. It's gotta be RLO, right? This install doesn't even USE Realistic Lighting Overhaul, but rather Enhanced Lights and FX. In fact, having those .esp's enabled without RLO installed is likely to CTD the game, correct?
