Alright, for some reason I had installed in new prp resource but not the new plugin version? Anyways, installing the old prp resource fixed it completely. Thank you!

Hey! I just started a new playthrough of fallout 4, following the step guide. I've had no issues besides one, being the fact that as soon as I entered concord I noticed flickering from distant trees and then as I got further in I noticed lots of models flashing, I've searched for a while trying to find an answer for this but I haven't been able to find anything that could help me. https://imgur.com/a/ghos4Vn
