bug Mod Organizer 2 crashes when trying to select files

Same problem as topic starter: When loading a mod from the PC file system, MO2 freezes on choosing a mod and stops responding. What could be the reason? (https://github.com/ModOrganizer2/modorganizer/wiki/Troubleshooting - didn't find an answer)
