So, after messing and narrowing down mods, it was one mod turned off that I had put off to the side, not labeled as a dependecy. Creatures are working now.

I started a new game without Immersive creatures, creatures are still frozen. I find this very weird.

I've gotten back into modding, now in my games all my creatures are frozen. I believe it is connected to the Immersive Creatures mod, but when I turn it off I still have the same problem, and I don't have any other mods affecting creatures except for textures. I even checked FNIS and have ran patches with and without the creature pack with nothing working so far, and I don't believe I had this problem in the past. Any help goes a long way and thank you very much.
