So, I reran everything without windows defender to just rule it out, and it appears that was the culprit, as now it generated absolutely fine! thanks for your help!

So, this is weird, I try to generate and it doesn't generate anything, and when I go to search the Coordinates I get no result in xedit. so I'm not quite sure whats going on here. this is what LODgen throws out.
