Please help, what to put in mod organizer,

so if it says "not found" in the mod organizer box, will it still work okay? -
In the box in bethINI where it says Mod Organizer, nothing automatically pops up for me to fill in. I believe my mod organizer is vortex because i downloaded my mod pack through there, but i dont know how to put that in the box.
