  1. Okay I may have spoke too soon... I t saves just fine but I had died fighting in Fort Frostmoth and when it was going to load it crashed. Here is the log for that one: https://pastebin.com/ja0FWkp2 I thought maybe it was an anomaly so I tried loading it up again and it crashed loading, however, they show different issues at least at the top Here is that log: https://pastebin.com/aF7szPQy
  2. You my friend have solved it. I was not editing the correct ini files. Added it to the correct ini's and its not crashing anymore. Thank you very much for your help. Oh, and if you wouldn't mind, could you show me where in the crash log it shows the compression being the issue? I want to be able to read and understand crash logs so I can maybe resolve something like this myself in the future.
  3. So I was able to pull up papyrus logs as well from the same crashes and I see "DLC2BurtSpiggan..." and I did not have a CTD issue until I went to Solsthiem. Papyrus log: https://pastebin.com/3p63ZhXX NetScriptFramework crash log : https://pastebin.com/bBn1xt66
  4. I added the zlip compressions rule (uiCompression=1) to both skyrim.ini as w2ell as SkyrimPrefs.ini. Not sure where I added the rule previously but these two folders were found This PC\Documents\My Games\ Skyrim Special Edition. Still appears to be the same CTD on saving. I also tested and the save crashed whether it was an interior or exterior cell. Skyrim.ini: https://pastebin.com/n3n27bNy SkyrimPrefs.ini: https://pastebin.com/W4pfxm2Y Crash log: https://pastebin.com/3fVxALix
  5. Hey there. I am new to the SSE modding but followed the STEP guide to a T but I have run into some issues. Originally dealing with a CTD on save as well. I found this forum post and was able to apply the SaveGameMaxSize = true which was in EngineFixes.toml not .ini (not sure if that matters), but it worked, until today. I am CTD on saving the same as before so I tried disabling DynDOLOD to see if that changed the crash log. It did not change the CTD situation. Modlist : https://modwat.ch/u/JayTee36/modlist Load Order : https://pastebin.com/He2ibHPh Crash Log : https://pastebin.com/r6pKjcrg I added the compression rule to both Skyrim.ini as well as SkyrimPrefs.ini but I am unsure how to verify its being compressed.
