While i do appreciate finally getting a response, that just causes Wrye to flash a small black window and nothing else. What it did do however, was after installing all of that stuff (i already had most of it installed already), it allowed my original bat file i made pointing at Wrye Bash Launcher.pyw to actually see the MO load order. :) So, thank you very much for pointing me to that guide. :) It may need to be appended a bit though.
I've been using MO with Skyrim for a while and upon reinstalling Fallout New Vegas, i remembered how much I hated NMM. However, I cannot get MO to run Wrye Bash for FNV. I made a batch file so MO will launch Wrye, but Wrye still doesn't see MO's installed mods. I posted this issue on both the Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas sites for MO, but have yet to receive any replies.
I am he.
I made a bug report, with any luck though, it's a small thing that only annoys a very few people. :P

I thought as much, alas that did not work.  It copied the profile, but did not preserve the priority order.  It just listed them off alphabetically, and prioritized them alphabetically. EDIT: Manually copying the files from one folder to the other worked, so problem technically solved for me, but the copy option within MO did not work as expected.
