To the OP, or anyone stumbled upon this topic while searching for a solution for this problem. You have only 2 options: Starting from scratch again with the correct version of MO. As it is not unusual for a mod tool developer to disregard everything he did in the previous version when updating a mod tool. If you're following an outdated guide like STEP LE, be VERY wary of the tool's version you download. Ignore this archives issue. I have a lvl.28 character with this problem and it works relatively fine. I still have CTDs now and then but I doubt starting over again would help you avoid CTD completely anyway.It's frustrating I know. But don't give up. Find a newer guide. Upgrade you gig. Try out more system-demanding guides. Beside from playing, there's also fun in modding itself.
