Tried attaching DYNDOLOD_SE_log.txt because the description on DynDOLOD on Nexus said to, but the file is too big :(

So, I realized my DynDOLOD and DynDOLOD Resources were both out of date...last update was a couple weeks ago, December 14th I think it said.
