Ok. So I found the ...\textures\landscape\trees section but what exactly am I looking for? I have reinstalled all the tree mods that show up as red and I am still having the issue. My HD Skyrim - Landscape shows up as red, as well as Vivid - All in One, Skyrim Floral Overhaul, 4k Parallalax, Optimized Vanilla Textures, Trees HD. I have reinstalled all of these but nothing has changed :/...caused a couple of CTD when I re installed. Got that fixed but the purple textures are still as originally show. The only question is the item in Vivid that tells me to ""FixParallaxBugs=true" in your enblocal.ini is set - overlapping meshes from Smim & Better Dynamic Snow integrated - Brown montains & Yellow tundralichen included, others are under Miscellaneous" not sure where this is. I don't think its the 4k Parallax because this seems to be for the bark. Maybe I am wrong? All in all I am pretty frustrated at this point. Any help is great. I will try anything! I just want it to work :(

Forgive my ignorance but how does that work with Mod Organizer? My understanding of it is each of the files is kept in their own folder. Also is there any hit to figuring out which one it might be? Does the installation order to load order give me a hint? Thanks!

Hi guys, I am back to trying this again after a long break. I came here because I am having 1 issue and can't figure out what it is causing it or how to fix it. Everything else in the game is looking great but the birch tree branches are not loading. I get a purple texture I can't figure out what mod is the issue. Anyone else have something similar? Is there a way I can just load 1 mod at the end to put the texture back in and overwrite everything else? I have attached a screenshot. Bother...so many mods. :( Well there goes an afternoon.

With the summer steam sale I finally picked up all of the DLC. I know I need to download the required mods signified under the DLC column, but I also know there are a number of mods that have different files depending on if you have the DLC or not. Does anyone know if the BOSS report will tell me which files need to be upgraded to match the DLC?Â

I don't own any of the DLC. After installing STEP will I have any issues later installing the DLC and then the appropriate mods? (Trying to wait till they go on sale again ><)

Drat at first I got all excited. Thought it added a horse/cart like they had back in Daggerfall. I miss my cart :(

Thanks. I believe I really need to just tweak the ENB or find one more to my taste. I really enjoyed Cinematic but I think that is probably the issue as I tried it on normal and it was much brighter. With the Borderless Window, I tried the one suggested and I have the same issue, load times are all really long and it seems to freeze, so I guess I am just sticking with normal. Thanks again. Loving the look.

Hi everyone, Got STEP all fired up on Extreme and it runs like silk. What I have always wanted. So happy. I just have 2 problems. The first has to do with the Simple Borderless Window mod. I am running ENB, Skyrim Script Extender, but everytime I load through SBW it locks up and also does not put it into borderless mode. (Ah looks like I might be using the wrong one. Got to try the Borderless Window mod when I get home, reading comprehension ><) The second question is, is there a good ENB for darkness? Right now I am using SkyRealism - Cinimatic. I really like it, but I feel when there isn't much light everything is just too dark. When there is a lightsource everything just has a wonderful effect, but if there is no direct light source (like a torch), nothing looks very good. Is this just a product of ENB? Other than that, working great, with everything looking amazing.Â

I honestly thought and went through it about a million times in my mind and then said, ahh **** it. Hopefully it works out well. I think it will. I probably over spent a bit but o well. Thanks for everyones input.Â

Just an update. Went with a 770 GTX 4 Gb Overclock. OMG...so much faster than my old set up. Loading up full STEP this weekend. Looking forward to what I can handle.Â

Its hard to tell because STEP changes the requirements so much. But I guess I could benchmark mine at Vanilla and see the difference. Thanks.

What do you think my fps boost would be going from 2 SLI'd 470's to one 7970? Would it be that dramatic you think, like a 30 fps boost or just like a 5 fps boost? Thanks by the way. This has all been really helpful. - Hmm after reading some reviews on the card the fans are very noisy :-/ maybe not.
