FNIS cant read mods in MOv2.2 Skyrim LE

I'm having exactly the same issue actually. With exactly the same output message from FNIS. There doesn't seem so be a solution elsewhere I can find so if anyone knows what it might be all about I'd be very grateful. Thanks
