MO2 wont launch skyrim SE with mods enabled

i get this as an message for failed plugins: The failed plugins are: • Couldn't load SkyUtilities.dll (data). The last error code was 193. • Couldn't load JaxonzConsolePlugIn.dll (Jaxonz Utilities). The last error code was 193. -
Hi ive recently started using mod organiser 2, im not that used to it but i kind of get the gist. i dont have that many mods i am currently trying to use but it seems like SKSE wont launch skyrim SE when any plugins are enabled. it launches SKSE when i disable all the plugins and try to launch it. I've even tried to launch it with just a single mod but it still wont launch it. is there anybody who might be able to help?
