@Morphello Yes. I understand what it is doing, Yes I am NOT hitting the 2GB limit run countless benchmarks at each stage of S.T.E.P. Specifically choose different mods and not running an ENB so I can keep it that way. Yes I have fully time and time again read the guide. It does this in other games, such an aggressive forum sometimes :S I do often think twice about posting here.  :( Card is RMA'd and confirmed faulty.

I am stuttering on a 2GB GTX 670... The GPU hits 0% then recovers every time I stutter, putting mine down to a bad card. With missing textures the best I can suggest is to check your load order is correct.

Thanks for confirming this. Â I will look into it and SFO, you are never sure wether it's user (most likely) or the MOD that's wrong. Great so far though.. Â Love the new release.

Yep pretty sure it's the guide. 2.G. Landscape & Environment Trees HD under Notes points to > Detailed instructions available. The files listed are in Trees HD. With only 2 additional. If followed then the following 2 textures will be deleted. textures\landscape\trees\Vurt_Pine01.dds textures\landscape\trees\Vurt_Pine02.dds That appears to cause the missing textures.

Not a problem.. Just came of a 4 day 12 hr night shift myself. I was just trying to help. Got broader shoulders than that... No offence taken. I just thought you were maybe the resident Forum Aggression troll.. May be not! :) Still should have spotted the issue sooner myself... Not sure if it's universal or not!! Still very new to testing stuff! Just thought I would throw some time back in.

Sorry if I aggravated you..... And yes I can read! I have both releases.  Been doing step for over a year now, I thought I would try the development release and do some bench marks. Just trying to put something back into the project. No I wasn't initially using Lush, was following the development guide.  was reading through the SFO 1.7x, Lush Trees & Trees HD (including LODs) and thought that maybe Lush had something to do with it. No matter.. It's definitely vert's mod yes. Not got Lush installed ATM.. Simple fix really. Guide as it stands links to this, Trees HD Recommendations. If followed then the following 2 textures will be deleted. textures\landscape\trees\Vurt_Pine01.dds textures\landscape\trees\Vurt_Pine02.dds Looks like that link in the guide might be unnecessary now! The above files are the only two not on that list. Adding them back restored the missing textures. I will leave you guys in peace, sorry to bother. Maybe not

Been following the 2.2.1b guide Here Up as far as 2.G - Landscape & Environment I am getting purple textures on some trees. Can't seem to fix it. Have gone from Vanilla to fresh MOD install Tried re-downloading the MOD Tried reverting to Vanilla. Verifying game cache in steam. Re applying mods. Tried apply Lush Tree mod then HD tress. If I disable HD Trees then the textures are fine. Any suggestions? Possible Bug?

Thanks torminater.. I just wasn't sure. A lot of hours go into modding. Didn't want to waste it :)

Been working on STEP a while now. Even trying the new 2.2.1b. But I am wondering about BOSS load order. Should I be running this after installing the mods and leaving the load order as BOSS sorts it. OR Modifying the list so that the load order is as the guide. Load Order in Guide Load order after BOSS
