  1. Looks like a new version of Skyrim was released via Steam and now it breaks SKSE... careful for that..
  2. I tested out the following two patchers with this guides load order and they seem to work quite well.. True Medieval Economy SSE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11533 True Realistic Item Weights SSE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11496?
  3. By the way here is a cool mod I have been meaning to Test if anyone is interested.. 3D Surround Sound for Headphones.. https://github.com/kosumosu/x3daudio1_7_hrtf
  4. Ok, I see how it works now, thanks. I never noticed this before and I never changed the values next to the Build diffuse and Build normal, which seem the instructions are indicating.. Defiantly need to clarify this a little bit on the guide.. missed it many times until today. I take it the default should be same as screenshots 128/128? is it irrelevant when setting it per LOD level?
  5. I was going through the updated guide and I realized that xLODgen the Diffuse and Normal size setting is not adjustable per LOD it seems to be universal across all LOD settings.. Switching between LOD4 and LOD8 for example the size settings are persistant.. this might be something missed on the newest version of xLODGen? LOD4 quality 5; Diffuse 1024, Normals 512, Protect Borders - Screenshot 1 LOD8 quality 10; Diffuse 512, Normals 256, Optimize Unseen On - Screenshot 2 LOD16 quality 10; Diffuse 512, Normals 256, Optimize Unseen On - Screenhot 3 LOD32 quality 15; Diffuse 512, Normals 256, Optimise Unseen 550 - Screenshot 4
  6. Dan, Your merge plugins isn't setup right.. after I setup mine correctly it merged properly and it automatically handled the ini files.... go over the prerequisite guide again if in doubt.. Make sure MO2 is installed in Portable mode
  7. If you have screwy assets because of merge plugins.. dont expect anything else to work. Go over the guide and setup merge plugins, and mod organizer exactly as instructed and rebuild them and test them again.. swooping around is the easiest way to test your load order.. don't even run dyndolod.esp until you sort out the merging issues, stabalize it one block at a time.. trial and error. Its the only way, rushing through the guide and skipping steps doesnt pay off at the end.. it simply wont work
  8. I had a similar problem with Dyndolod triggering CTDs... however the problem has nothing to do with Dyndolod but a problem higher up in the load order, and your build is not stable. Start rolling back plugins on the right hand plane, and then the left hand plane. Use player.setav speedmult 1500, tgm, tcl.. to fly around the map to test it. In my case I found several problems which contributed to instability.. Merge Plugins wasn't setup correctly, wasn't getting the assets. I also had a corrupted install of NSUTR, missing meshes, forgot to extract a couple BSAs.. I also had a problem where bash patch was merging plugins that were better left not merged... try disabling bash merging as well.
  9. I gave it a whirl last night and I had zero issues.. it cut about 10 or more seconds on load times in my case. +
  10. I followed your Guide religiously, and it seems the only problem I experienced, is that Merge Plugins does not copy all the assets for the "Landscape environment and clutter merge" particularly the Majestic Mountains textures. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?
  11. I completed the guide, Excellent work by the way.. and now I have been stuck troubleshooting a CTD that I am getting right from the start immediately after character creation.. I started removing textures, and then started rolling back esps until I could pinpoint the trouble maker.. I found that removing imp_helm_legend.esp and dependencies it no longer CTDs.. anyone else experience this any fixes or something i may have missed?
