Since I will not use an ENB, do I still need ELE and is there any merging with ELE/LOTD specific patches with ELE included? aka. do I need to some tweaks to the load order if I remove ELE? Do you really just need to edit the enblocal.ini file and nothing else?

My system: 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (slightly overclocked, core clock:100 Mhz) Intel Core i5 6400 @ 2.70GHz 8 GB RAM I ran through the guide the first time and it stuttered in exteriors (25-59 FPS in big cities, it would go up and down). I followed the guide with the texture sizes that you guys recommended. I wonder should I download only 1k textures or split them somehow? What is your recommendation? Thank you.
