Hey I was having somewhat the same issue. But I mainly dislike the "day-glow" in the hot springs, that you mentioned. Especially when it's raining it looks really weird, because the environment is quite dark but the water is super bright and yellow/greenish. At night the glowing stops. Do you, or anyone else, know how to change that? I'm using the Rudy ENB with RWT (realistic water two). I included the .ini tweaks mentioned on those two pages. Also I couldn't find the water section in the in-game ENB settings. Thanks a lot for any help!
