Skyrim Window Doesn't Fit Screen When Opened With MO

Hi! As I stated in the title when I try to run Skyrim though the MO, the window will not fit my screen. In addition, the bar at the bottom of my screen is also showing up as I try and run it, which makes sense as the game will not go fullscreen (Good Lord, I've said screen 5 times already). I'd like to know how to fix this, so if you have any advice, I'd really appreciate it!
