I surprisingly had the very same issue just this last night and today I decided to troubleshoot a bit. I tried launching without MO and just going for launching it through Steam and even going so far as to get fresh ini files. Didn't work. I was really pissed off thinking that I was boned until I had an idea. What if it's the ENB version? So I decided to try installing my old v0292 file instead of v0314 and suddenly it works perfectly. Really strange. But hey, at least it's fixed now. Hope this helps you out.
