I fixed the issue: It's indeed the Tempered Skin Female mod.
The way to fix this is doing this:
The femalehead texture is the culprit, but I reckon the body should also be disabled in this case (for consistency). I kinda like the result.
Hiding these 2 files makes Hilde look older again:
