  1. So Ive got STEP running with most of the mods installed. Not I seem to have a Freeze up at whenever Im supposed to stand up on the cart at the beginning. Basically it works for the whole cart ride, Rolof does all the talking. The cart comes to a stop and as soon as Rolof says something something "End of the line" it freezes up. Any ideas? Im gonna try disabling the 360 and move dammit mods since theres 4 bodies in the cart and we're all going to stand up. Maybe that has something to do with it. Wow, disabled those two mods and now it crashed to desk before the cart arrived. lawls. Guess im gonna have to trim some of this.Unfortunate since it seems to run smoothly and is stable. Right up until the crash anyway. Well I managed to work around it a little bit. I just brought in the first auto save from a previous playthrough and bypassed the cart ride. Didin't actually figure out the problem, but it works and Im gonna save my game like I have OCD.
  2. So ive been through the whole STEP process and gotten the game working. But now no matter what I do it's in windowed mode. Whether or not I have borderless window activated or not. ive tried the alt + Enter and Ctrl + Enter but neither one switches to full screen. I've tried changing the ini file to bFull Screen= 1, but when i do that I get an error that says "Failed to initialize renderer. Your display doesn't support the selected resolution. Please set a different resolution in Skyrims Launcher under 'Display Settings'" But the the thing is  my monitor obviously DOES support such resolutions because thats what I game at all the time. When I play vanilla version through steam everything works normally and under whatever attributes I select from the launcher. But for whatever reason when doing it through ModOrganizer it just won't get out of windowed mode no matter what I do. im not using an ENB, which I hear is prone to cause windowed mode. Ok, I fixed it. Went into ini and changed the height and width manually. YOu can delete this thread and with it hopefully some of my shame.
  3. Ok, thanks a lot. So lemme just make sure I'm clear on the process. If I get a query asking to merge or replace, if it's an entirely separate mod I should do a rename? Example: Complete Flora Overhaul is installed first. Then Ultimate Lush Overhaul. When installing Ultimate Lush, I should rename it when it asks for a replace/merge? And if it's a new version of the same mod I should do a "replace"? What about some of the optional installs for certain mods? Is a replace in order? Also wondering about patches for certain mods, I.E. Ash footprints for Dawnguard re: Footprints mod. Im guessing a merge is in order? Sorry for all the noob questions. Im putting a lot of work into this STEP process, heh.
  4. Ok, and what about when a second completely different mod asks? Example, complete flora overhaul and then later on a different landscape mod? Some texture mods do the same thing. Does choosing replace ever screw things up? Basically Im about halfway through the STEP process and Ive been using replace instead of merge. Should I start over? And thanks for the reply.
  5. So does that mean I should have been using "merge"? Does clicking replace screw up the older mod/data?
  6. Im piggybacking on one of the questions in this thread. Specifically the question of whether to "merge" or "replace" when the query pops up. Ive been choosing replace :(. Does this mean I frakked up the process?
  7. Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I know it says solved but I cant find the solution. But Ive been doing an internet search and posting on the nexus forums with no help and I found this. This is literally the EXACT same problem I have. What's the solution?
