  1. I'm having this same problem... sorry that I don't have a log to post, this is my first time here and I'm looking for a solution. Interestingly, when I run LOOT, if I change the game to TESV:Skyrim, it will see the mods for SkyrimSE and it will change the load order and that load order will reflect in the right hand side of MO2. SSEedit simply sees the base game and DLC and nothing else. I also cleaned the DLC with SSEedit before I knew there was a problem. If I load LOOT and it looks at SSE, it'll see the clean files, but if I point it towards TESV:Skyrim it still sees the dirty files. So I have clean files somewhere (I just assumed they overwrote the dirty files) and dirty files in the data folder. To be clear... LOOT is not looking at my original Skyrim game. It's clearly looking at the Special Edition folder with the mods I have there, but for some reason, it's labeling it TESV:Skyrim instead of SkyrimSE. I don't know why. SSEedit isn't seeing anything but the base game and the DLC...
