I can't install SkyUI with MO for Skyrim vanilla

I downloaded it from Nexus with manager and manually and nothing has worked. I have the last version of MO and yes, I have SKSE at the last version and Skyrim too. When I try to install it, it appears a box that says : << The object reference is not set to an instance of an object >>. (I translated it with google traduction from French, so maybe it's not exactly what it says in English). After, it appears an other box that says : << installation failed (errorcode 5) >>. I dont know what to do. I tried to download it again, but it dont works. I had no error with the original MO.
