as i have stated in my first post, i have Alternative Start : Live Another Life installed and am using it to start the Vanilla opening cause i have never played it. Is there a opening that is close to the vanilla one and is only avoiding the cart ride ?

addition : i found a video of exactly my problem : sadly the solution the author used is not for me, since i don't have Helgen Reborn mod installed.

Hello ! first of all, let me thank you for this great Package and the Guides provided, i had plenty of fun installing all the stuff. I am new to this, so pls bare my stupid questions. i never played Skyrim before and thus never modded it either ;) my problem : When i start the game via Alternate Start - Live another Life at Skyrim and choose the Vanilla Variant (cause i want to do the "normal" stuff fist), i end up hearing the clapping the feet of horses and when the darkness fades, i see myself standing besides the carriage i am supposed to sit in. Besides me are standing all the other passangers as well, all lined up nicely. the horse is walking on the spot but not moving. the carriage is not moving at all. Dialoges run as expected. If you need any more information pls tell me.
