The following has no impact: {{Fc|white|bla}} renders text same as 'bla'. All colors are rendered in theme-friendly manner as described in Site Color Usage doc. 'White' would look like nothing on the light theme. Instead reference Template:Fc for valid parameters. In this case, you should use {{Fc|brighter|brighter}}: brighter or {{Fc|highlight|highlight}}: highlight key words for the effect you most likely want with 'white'. ~z929669 Talk 14:26, September 21, 2021 (UTC)

Also, in your TOC on your top-level guide page(s), you may see an advantage in using Template:Subpages to list subpages (without parent prefix). Like:
