ENBSeriesINI - Depthoffield
Depth of Field is the blurring effect seen in the background or foreground when close to or focusing on an object, making only the object of interest in focus.

The parameter controls the time (seconds) that the camera takes to focus and the effect to take place. The focal point is usually acquired from a distance sampled from the center of the screen, but it depends on the actual implementation of the effect.
