With all the interest in Mod Organizer, especially for new users, I think we should replace the very short description of it in the guide with a little longer one that summarizes its features. Kelmych, Z said that we're going to reduce the size of the Guide as much as possible. One way he stated doing so was to link to external pages whenever possible. This applies for the mandate as well which he's link to. That should be sufficient enough, imo. Also, I've updated the MO description.
