Convenient Horses

The changes do improve functionality of horses in the game, but they don't really alter any other aspect of gameplay. - I'm still debating on whether I feel this one should be in Core STEP. It's such a huge improvement over the vanilla horses, and I don't think any of the mandatory changes really deviate too far from what I would consider to be vanilla-friendly enhancements. Nothing over-the-top and nothing that would break general gameplay in any way. I don't use any of the auto-looting features, horse armors, or horse inventory...but these are all easy to disable. - The changes should apply to Dragonborn. It was decided that a patch wasn't really necessary. As far as I'm aware, the only thing lacking is a unique inventory for Aeta (she'll simply have her normal vanilla inventory). (krypt)
