For those unfamiliar with ENB, see the ENBSeries guide for information about ENBSeries post processing. Otherwise, download and install ENB as follows:

Install ENBSeries Binaries

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page
2. Click on the link for the newest version available
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page again, and click on to download the archive
4. Open the archive and open the WrapperVersion folder
5. Extract d3d11.dll, d3dcompiler_46e.dll, and enblocal.ini into the root Skyrim Special Edition directory (e.g., ..Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\)
6. Close the archive, but leave the game directory open for installing the Step SkyrimSE ENB later.
