Enabling and Configuring Weather-Specific ENB Settings

ENBSeries Weather System
ENBSeries weather support enables weather-specific settings on a per-weather and/or per-location basis. This is accomplished with the help of ENB Helper SE (similar variants also available) and additional configuration files.
ENB Helper is essentially an API that queries current weather information from the game and applies effect settings overriding those of enbseries.ini when the corresponding weather is active. The weather configuration lies under the root game directory. Configuration INIs (<gameDirectory>\enbseries\Weather\*.ini) can be applied to one or more weathers via <gameDirectory>\_weatherlist.ini using the base FormID of the weather.
EnableMultipleWeathers

This parameter enables/disables the multiple weathers feature.
EnableLocationWeather
DawnDuration=(false, true)
This parameter enables/disables the multiple weathers by location feature.
IgnoreWeatherSystem
IgnoreWeatherSystem=(false, true)
This is usually the very first key under the section heading and enables weather support for the associated settings.
