SRLE - SUM has NPEs in Debug Overview.txt log

I have been a S.T.E.P. for quite some time and decided to create a new profile and rebuild Skyrim to use SRLE.  I went through the entire guide (AWESOME!) and have reached the SkyProc patchers for ASIS-Dependency.esp and Dual Sheath Redux.esp.  Both Debug Overview.txt files output

* I am using Mod Organizer v1.2.11.  

* ASIS Patcher is v 1.42.2

* Dual Sheathe Redux is v 1.7.

* I have started SUM by using an MO executable based on the Data tab, SkyProc Patchers/SUM/SUM.jar.

* Skyrim is installed to C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonSkyrim

* Java is -->

Google has not helped me identify what the problem is.  Does anyone have any ideas?
