I got an EVGA GTX 660 2GB.  I should have asked for the equivalent value in money and then added my own to it to get the 3GB version, but oh well.

 

I can now run STEP + some extras (CoT/ELFX/Parallax) and some of the more demanding ENBs at acceptable framerates.
