BOSS mixing esm and esp files

Hi, I am new to these forums and hope that I'm posting in the correct area.  I have searched the forums and couldn't find a similar experience.

 

I've noticed that on the last couple of occasion where I have run BOSS my esm and esp files are being grouped together.

 

 

Skyrim.esm

Update.esm

Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp

Dawnguard.esm

Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp

HearthFires.esm

Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp

Dragonborn.esm

Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp

 

 

Checking the BOSS master list (23/12/13) the files are in the correct order but when I run BOSS I get this grouping.

 

I'm creating a new clean save with just the vanilla game and unofficial patches.

 

I have many other saves with various mods active and am wondering if there is something I have installed that is corrupting the BOSS load order. Full BOSS log in text format:

This is correct. The new Unofficial Patches (version 2.0) introduced a "false ESM" . They are now sorted accordingly, each unofficial patch false ESM right after the corresponding main ESM.

 

Go to Unofficial Skyrim Patch: Version History and look up the changelog for version 2.0.0, dated 28.10.2013.
