[IMG] Help me identify this missing texture

It's located in Windhelm near The White Phial.  I've seen it pop up a few other places as well, only in Windhelm so far.

 

I'm using Wrye Bash, and have installed (almost) all of the entire STEP guide.  If someone can give me a screenshot or description of exactly what's supposed to be there, I can look it up in the conflicts in Wrye Bash and fix it.

 

The only extra non-STEP mods I've installed are:  Dawn of Whiterun, Sexy Riften, Sexy Solitude, and Sexy Winterhold.

Yup, very likely. Reinstall the Puddles Fix mod.

Annnnnd the winner is Aiyen.

 

It was Improved Puddles. I installed the DLC patches, but forgot to check the Core Files.
