MO deleting specific files on startup

I only noticed this recently when trying to spawn a follower. This follower was working until something happened. No clue what. This is from the log file. Why is this happening? I have even pared down my mod list thinking it might have been due to having too many mods.

No idea why its happening but starting a new game seems to have fixed the issue.
