I can`t start Skyrim because of this i need help please!!

The last time I saw that error was due to the mod in question being for SSE not old Skyrim and therefore the BSA was in another format. Is this mod for Skyrim or Skyrim Special Edition?

 

On another note it appears you are not installing those mods via MO but directly into the Data folder. Why?
