System Specsi5-3570K 3.8ghz8gb ddr3xfx radeon 7870windows 7 64-bit It is found North of Northwatch Keep (see screenshot of map). On the rocky islands off shore. Here is a screenshot of what I'm experiencing: As you can see the water textures near the land are missing. My character is swimming but it looks like he's floating in mid air.
