Profiles and CBBE settings

I have CBBE Curvy installed in one profile. (via the fomod installer)

I want to use CBBE Slim in my next profile. If I switch to that new profile and rerun the fomod and select slim, would that also change the first profiles CBBE to slim also? Would prefer it did not. I know some things carry over profiles, but bot sure about something like this.

Uncheck the CBBE mod in the new profile and uninstall CBBE again with the slim option in the new profile, but rename the mod to something like CBBE Slim so it doesn't overwrite the existing mod.
