  1. 1.8 came with the original install which I did fresh a few days ago and I guess it remained there because there are no instructions to remove in STEP nor anything about the Dance of Death. Thanks a bunch !
  2. Thanks Nebulous112, In other words, if I wanted to use the Dawnguard one, which LOOT tells me is there, I can simply remove the 1.8 esp version ? ...and if I wanted to use the Violens one, would that create an issue with the already present Dawnguard one or STEP 2.2.9.2 ? In your answer, is the one at the Dance of Death page link the same as Dawnguard ? Thanks
  3. Hi everyone, Looking for some help. Could not find this topic... I'm nearing the end of STEP 2.2.9.2 (currently at 2.N. Patches). LOOT has been giving me the following message from the beginning regarding the dance of death.esp 1.8 : "Dawnguard detected. Use The Dance of Death - Dawnguard Edition.esp instead." Should I do that ? If so, how do I do that ? Thanks for your help !
  4. Thanks Greg. I feel a lot better now. I feel as though I'm tiptoeing in a minefield !
  5. Clarification required, I'm following STEP v2.2.9.2 and currently at step 2.C. Extenders, PapyrusUtil-Modders Scripting Utility Functions. I concluded that this file is to be treated as a mod and installed via Mod Organizer like any other normal mod due to the lack of any specific instructions in the section (that should be corrected). Mod Organizer installed a file tree in its mod folder with the relevant Scripts and SKSE folders, meta.ini and readme files. At this point in the process, the PapyrusUtil-Modders Scripting Utility Functions mod now sits in the 13th slot of the left pane of Mod Organizer, at the bottom, where all MO installs first appear by default, and activated, just below Bashed Patch. Of course, LOOT does not recognize it because it contains no .esp or .esm files, just the StorageUtil.dll plugin in the afore-mentioned SKSE folder. My questions are : - Have I done everything correctly in this step ? - Should I drag the mod to a specific slot in the left pane of Mod Organizer or leave it there forever without ever touching it again, regardless of any other mods installed afterwards ? Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks ! Ccarpent1
