  1. Good, not stupid after all. Thanks, I did so and now all the MO errors are gone. So after doing all this, I have no folder errors, No SQ errors and no Grey Screen. Y'all helped so much, I don't know which post to mark as "Solved" I played for 30 min today and got CTD, then played for another 45 and no crash so I'm hoping it was a one time thing. I really appreciate the help from everyone here. I have learned quite a bit. Thank you!!
  2. Edit 2: Ok, dropped just the HDT log into the HDT mod and all the folder errors went away now.
  3. Thanks, I will give that a shot. Just for clarification, since i am running on a 64 bit computer, I would install the Win64 OpenSSL v1.0.2h Light file right? (I know it's a stupid question, but I have done some stupid things before and am trying to avoid doing so again) Edit: The Memory Blocks log went in just fine and does not show up any more, but the HDT log won't go away. I gram the SKSE file, drag and drop into the HDT mod (there is a + sign when I do it) but the file will not "drop into it".
  4. I do delete it, then when I play again, it comes back. >SKSE >Plugins >MemoryBlocksLog.log >hdtPhysicsExtensions.log I also still have all the "QSslSocket:" errors when I start MO Game play seems to be working well (little studder here and there), but I don't want these things to potentially affect game play at a later date.
  5. Files in the Overwrite mod are are usually files created by an external tool (i.e. Wrye Bash, Automatic Variants, ...). It is advisable you empty the Overwrite directory by moving those files to an existing mod. You can do this by double-clicking the Overwrite mod and use drag&drop to move the files to a mod. Alternatively, right-click on Overwrite and create a new regular mod from the files there. Why is this necessary? Generated files may depend on the other mods active in a profile and may thus be incompatible with a different profile (i.e. bashed patches from Wrye Bash). On the other hand the file may be necessary in all profiles (i.e. dlc esms after cleaning with TESVEdit) This can NOT be automated you HAVE to read up on the tools you use and make an educated decision. Then when I click on the Overwrite area I see the SKSE folder. Played for an hour and a half today and no crash but still got the folder error.
  6. Yup. It looks exactly like the pictures as well. I did after you suggested it. I didn't see that in the instructions anywhere. After doing this I played for half an hour or so and did not get a CTD but will play longer today and see what happens. I am still getting the Folder error. I looked back at TechAngel85'2 origional Picture of how the files should look and noticed a slight difference. I don't know if this is anything or not, but I thought I would ask. The Icon for the ini files in his pictures are different from mine. I have an icon of a piece of paper but mine has a little sprocket in the lower left hand corner of the icon. Does that denote any difference or is that just a different icon for the same thing. (i don't know how to post a picture in thread)
  7. Ok, I moved it our and made it it's own folder C:>Steam (I unlocked it so it is read and writable) I'm still getting the folder error but I am now also getting CTD without the Grey screen.
  8. Skyrim, Dawnguard and Hearthfires (.bsa and .esm) are all located in SteamApps>Common>Skyrim>Data Mod Organizer (file) and SkyrimLauncher.exe are located in SteamApps>Common>Skyrim Steam is at Local Disk (c:)>Program Files (x86)> Steam
  9. Yup, Thanks for all your help!!!! I deleted the src folder and Verified the SKSE folder is exactly like yours but I am still getting the folder error. I noticed in MO when I log in the first thing in the notes section at the bottom are a list of errors (I think you can see the errors in one of the first pictures I posted). Example: QSslSocket: cannot resolve TLSv1_2_client_method Could that have anything to do with it? Thanks. The launcher has it turned off I think but i'm not getting any errors on it so far.
  10. Ok, so I made all the changes above and started a new game. So far everything is working properly. 2 hours into the game it is updating quests, I am able to mine and no grey screen. I was only lvl 26 in the last game so no big deal. I verified that the SKSE folder has been deleted from the \Data\Scripts folder but I am still getting the folder error. I did a search of the skyrim folder for "SKSE" and it is showing in the term in Skyrim\Mod Organizer\mods and skyrim\src\skse Is that correct? Got it, thanks!!
  11. Update .... So, a question. Is it possible to continue an error in a game save even after the error has been fixed in programming? After making all these changes I played from my last save and got the grey screen in 5 min. When the Grey screen appeared I hit ESC and loaded a previous save ... a level or so ago. I played for over an hour and had no grey screen. Quests were updating normally but I still can't seem to mine. Would it make any difference if I just started a whole new game?
  12. So In checking my ENBoost install I used this video as my directions. The changes I made from my current setup as opposed to what the instructions call for are as follows. In enblocal.ini At 11:26 He talks about EnableEdgeAA=True but I noticed all his other settings "EnableTemporalAA and EnableSubPixelAA" were both set to False Mine are set to True and I do not have "EnableTransparencyAA" at all. Should I change "EnableTemporalAA and EnableSubPixelAA" to False and Add EnableTransparency? Does it make any difference? In MyDoc>Mygames>Skyrim I had "iMaxAnisotropy=16" Changed to "iMaxAnisotropy=0" Other than that everything is set up as directed. When I start skyrim I get 2 messages. The first Reads "ENBSeries 0.305 for TES Skyrim visit site for updates, users configs and other modifications: https://enbdev.com Copyright © 2007-2016 Boris Vorontsov current videoadapter: AMD Radeon HD 7800M Series" The Second is in RED and reads "PATCH SPEEDHACK ENBoost turned on in enblocal.ini, graphic modification disabled" these are not new messages I have always gotten them. I am still getting the folder Error in MO. The memory error lists this path: SKSE>Plugins MemoryBlocksLog.log hdtPhysicsEstensions.log
  13. Thanks. Is this the direct x you mentioned? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35&nowin10
  14. I have run spini before, but a little ignorantly (i'm learning quite a bit here so, thanks!) The only path auto-detected by Spini is Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\ but my normal ini file is in common\skyrim\skyrim Does that mean It did nothing the first time I used it? It does not seem to be picking up my MO profile at all since it is not listed. Should I just manually path to it? Given my configuration, which preset should I use?
  15. Here is the Second one in MO
