Found the problem, apparently some people have problems with Nevada Skies and cutscenes. I disabled Nevada Skies and the game progressed, I enabled it again and everything seems fine.
I don't know why I was able to finish most of the game without this problem emerging until now, oh well.
Back to the Wasteland!
