  1. DeadDraugr's post in TES5Edit Cannot Create File Access Denied was marked as the answer   
    The I: Drive is a physical HDD. 
    I deleted the game through Steam then tried to reinstall to check if the path in that error was generated. 
    *EDIT* Great news! After deleting everything, I went to "C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Skyrim" and renamed Skyrim to something else, restarted Skyrim to see if it would regenerate it, I used a direct TES5Edit exe within the main Skyrim folder (now with administrator privileges) through MO, went through the STEP instructions and it worked!
     
    For whatever reason it took find a way to force skyrim to regenerate the folder for it to find the path. 
     
    Thank you so much for your help, I truly appreciate it. I can finally sleep easy without this driving me mad.
