Any way you could post just the xml on here, I would rather not download half a gb again? If that is the problem.

The current STEP patch(the mod page on Nexus) STEP Compilation Installer - Normal Res - 2292g keeps giving me a bad xml error when I attempt to install it through MO. Downloaded 3 times manually and through MO, same result each time. I can only assume I'm missing something blatantly obvious.
