new game not loading

I have all esps disabled but the DLCs. Still unable to start new game. When I use Vanilla profile it works fine. Is it something with my skyrim.ini or skyrimprefs.ini? Thanks -
When I run SKSE through Mod Organizer and click new game, nothing happens. The menu goes away and remains at the same screen, dragon icon. I hear the music and the fog is swirling. I have to alt ctrl del to exit.
