Need TS Vivid Patch to finish guide

Neovalen has taken down the ts vivid patch for the vividian merge since he switched to vivid weathers. I didn't want to go back and make all the changes he did since I was in the middle of following his guide. If anyone could upload this file for me to download I would greatly appreciate it. -
