If I may be so bold, I'd like to make a request that a note be put on the "Detailed Instructions" page regarding your mod? I think it would help others who find the same issue that I did. I've been preparing a full installation of STEP: Extended. I have followed the instructions exactly, save for a few mods that I added in on my own: I've had no trouble installing the different mods, or meeting the extra recommended suggestions/requirements provided, up until this point. I've reached "Step 2.N. Patches" and am attempting to run the Dual Sheath Redux Patcher. Everything works properly, until I click "Patch."
