So I have been following the step guide pretty closely. I was wondering however, how do I get other mods to work with STEP? I wanted to use some follower mods..as well as a body mod (CBBE, UNPB, or possibly even the TBBP bodies) along with compatable clothing mods. What is the first step to understanding how to make sure these mods sit in correctly with my wyrebash and boss load order...lists..etc. Is there a guide? and if not, could some one just give me a short explanation on what I need to know?

Ohhh... so I want to do a batch install? There are alot of things the guide seems to leave out. I was listing them all at once, but installing each individually in order to setup each mods settings.

Do i need to create bain batches for every mod like in this picture? https://wiki.step-project.com/File:WB_Figure8.jpg Or can i just click the link and download the recommended mod from nexus and install as is? (after using a similar naming convention)

Anyone else have trouble with STEP at first?

I tried following the complete step guide, I am going to attempt it again. But the first time around, the recommended mods in the mod section were not compatable with eachother most of the time. I was getting alot of conflicts. The guide is pretty straightforward, but the section on wyrebash and organizing mods kind of confused me. Is there anything you guys can tell me that might make all of this "click"? I don't have time to mess with this every day, I'd like to get the basic concept down in order to start using mods without spending ALL my free time using trial and error. Theres got to be something that I am doing wrong...what are the most common mistakes newbs make on the step project when it comes to mod installation?

I dont let my laptop go above 75 degrees C... and my laptop cooler pulls air away from its vents... Its actually got a really big heat sink on the side...and I NEVER play intensive game without the cooler under it... let alone on my lap... I do put it on my lap with reduced settings for word processing and web surfing...but thats it haha Its a good laptop...Â

I am going to post my computer specs, and hopefully someone here will be nice enough to give me their advice on which STEP I should go after; (baseline, performance, ultra). I have a Lenovo y580: Nvidia GTX 660m, 8gb RAM, Intel Core i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.4 ghz, Windows 8 64-bit I think thats all I really need right? Any advice would be great... I am beginning to read through the tutorials, starting with the installation guide, but this info I am asking for will help me cut down on some time needed to configure things. I figure many of you probably have a good gauge of what a fully decked out STEP Skyrim demands.. Thanks in Advance! ~WG
